HOLIDAY BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the first 4 calendar holidays listed below.

A non-refundable deposit of 3 nights is required to finalize all holiday reservations.

All holiday reservations are finalized 10 days prior to the beginning of the calendar holiday. The charges for the reserved dates will be billed to your account upon finalization. If no deposit is received by the finalization date, the reservation is cancelled.

Charges are based on the finalized reservation. Boarding fees are equal to the number of nights reserved, NOT the number of nights spent.
